this may be an all too easy question with a simple answer, but i need your help. i had lunch 2 hours ago-tilapia, 4oz; green beans, 1/2 cup; and brown rice, 1/2 cup-but now i'm starving again, and it's only been 2 hours!
what does my meal lack? quantity? i think i need a bit of fat.
what's your educated suggestion/answer?

My guess is it's the fact that you've simply eaten very little today. 357 total Calories just after lunch? Eat more.0

eat a snack. I always have a 100 calorie snack around just in case.0
