went of track and need help getting back on

Hey guys,

I would love some more friends to add and chat to. I have had an injured wrist and back for a while so had given up on exercise and I stopped counting calories. But my back and wrist have healed almost so I want to get back on track. But my first week back on here has been horrible. I would love some more people on my friends list to help keep me motivated, and ofcourse I will return the favor.
