I am 25 and looking to lose about 50lbs... I really need so people in the same boat to help motivate me to keep going and in return I can offer loads of motivation and encouragement

    I'm new here and wanting to chat to others who are motivated and will help keep me feeling the same way too!
    I'm still getting used to working out kilojoules/ calourie counting compared to how much I lose during exercise. How much of lost calouries do you eat back after a big workout, if any? Any advice would be great! I'm looking to lose around 7kg, though regain fitness as an overall.
