Need to burn 200 Calories tonight.

I ate like a slob today. I need to burn 200 calories to break somewhat even. Any suggestions on something I can do? I did my kettlenetics 20 min instruction video and that wasn't too bad, and then I walked a little bit ago for forty five minutes. I walk pretty fast, so I felt the burn. I want to do something I can do at home or maybe just keep walking. lol
