    Not anything magical... Just stayed within my calories and exercised almost every day. My cardio of choice is walking, although I do some running on my treadmill. I have to start strength training soon though.

    Debbie, a FitBit is like a small pedometer you wear all day long (except for in the water). It measures, steps, floors, mileage, calories burned & has the time as well as measures your sleep and has a silent alarm. Well. the One does, but the other products may or may not.
