Looking for recipe bros.

Options
Hey everyone, I'm currently monitoring macros and looking for some high protein high carb recipes to help me cut down! I've lost close to 12.5 lbs so far I'd just like to change it up! I compete at an amateur level in muay thai and MMA so I know really good conditioning routines and exercises, just looking to chat to anyone like minded!

Stay frosty x

Hey, I usually make myself protein bars. Blended oats, scoop of protein, some peanut butter, apricots, nuts and bake them in the oven for 20mins. Works pretty well, gives plenty of carbs and proteins. Keeps you going. :)

That sounds like a good name for a badass bunch of dudes or a tv show. "The Recipe Bros." I like it!

Hey everyone hows it going. I'm not an expert but the following is my breakfast.

    3-egg whites
5-cut up slices of Roast beef or Turkey Breast from the Deli
1 or 2 slices of whole grain bread
12 oz cup of coffee with 1/2 cup of Old Fashion Oatmeal (Oatmeal gives it a nutty taste)
(I add some creamer for taste)

This is just a suggestion, descent protein, slow burning carbs, and caffein. I hope this helps somewhat.

thanks man, why the baking powder?

i find the rise gives a more even cooking in the pan, and a better overall texture.

i eat it everyday with my main meal as a bread substitute.

    peace.
