Not anything magical... Just stayed within my calories and exercised almost every day. My cardio of choice is walking, although I do some running on my treadmill. I have to start strength training soon though.Congratulations!! You look so much happier and honestly about 15 years younger than you did a year ago. Way to go

Debbie, a FitBit is like a small pedometer you wear all day long (except for in the water). It measures, steps, floors, mileage, calories burned & has the time as well as measures your sleep and has a silent alarm. Well. the One does, but the other products may or may not.0 -

No specific nutrition plan, I eat whatever I want to as long as it fits within my calories. I try to keep my protein up and lower my sodium & carbs though.0
