I exercise daily but struggle to eat healthy i try, and i try again .... and then again LOL but i love chocolate sooooooo much!! I dont record my weights because its hard to find the right exercises in the data base from my phone but i weight train daily... Right now im doing Jamie Eason add me if ya could do with a new friend!! =)

    I mostly do cardio workouts, but I really want to start weight training. I just have so little muscle strength and coordination that I don't know where to start, aha. Aand I also adore chocolate - I'm pretty sure half my diary today is chocolate...but I have no regrets! All we have to do is behave 95% of the time :)

    Ah I'd really like friends as well xD feel free to add me. I'm new and just starting on my weight loss journey so any support would be nice and is obviously very much appreciated! I'm pretty lazy but i'm hoping to gradually break that habit.

    Weight training is a good idea, but I focus more on cardio. I also swim 5 times a week (unless I'm working out of town) which is great for maintaining already existing muscle mass.

    Keep logging your food everyday; it really works. Try Cadbury Dark Chocolate. No weight gain whatsoever!!!
