Has anyone on here ever tried the sure slim diet?

Options
Hello im giving this sure slim diet a try, i didn't pay for it, it was given to me by someone i know. I've been on it for just over a week, and it has been really HARD! I was wandering if it gets easier over time with eating? as for the first few days i found myself hungry non stop, but now its not so bad, although i look forward to those 5 hours to pass to eat.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, as soon as a 'diet' has a name, I stay away from it.

It will eventually turn into The Sure Fat Diet if it leaves you that hungry!
You don't have to starve in order to lose weight-just eat a bit less and move a bit more.
That will be more sustainable in the long run.

All you need is a caloric deficit. How you want to achieve that deficit, that's up to you.

SureSlim as in the one that does the blood test?

If yes, then not sure how you can be given it by someone else as 'apparently' they pick the foods best for you based on your blood test.

But yes I did it. Total crock of ****. One, both my consultants at my local store were overweight. So clearly didn't work for them (and yes I believe if you're selling weight loss products you need to be a healthy weight)

Two, I was always hungry. Part of that was because I could only eat every five hours and the most boring foods ever. Blandy McBlanderson.

    Wouldn't recommend it.

I think it works when you stick to it as I have done it before. It is not a crock of ****, people only say things like that when they can't handle something. You lose weight fast if you stick to it and do exercise. I lost 25 kg last time I did it a few years ago. It is hard because bascially you don't eat **** food on it or drink alcohol (for the first few months and after that red wine and white spirits after a cheese based meal in moderation). It is hard work but you want to do it go for it and don't give yourself a reason to give up. Make sure you eat all the seeds and oils and drink at least 2 litres of water a day.

But in what way is it better than just eating at a deficit? In what way does having a food list you have to stick to surpass watching your portions and calories levels and just eating whatever floats your boat? And what is "poop" food, exactly? Is this another "processing/gmo/hfcs/sugar/ are all secret DEMONS OF SATAN SENT TO FATTEN US UP FOR TEH HARVESTS OHNOES!!!!!" thing? And why does she need to eat all the seeds and oils? Maybe she wants some almonds or peanuts for the fats? Maybe she doesn't wanna eat bird food?
And lastly, what in Thoth's relevant name do you learn from this diet? "diets" are fine, as long as they actually teach you something about eating, mainly portion control, what macros and kinds of food fill you up the best, to watch your macros and calories, you know, stuff other than a big list of yes/no foods with no context beyond "cuz they have FAT BUILDING WIZARDS!!! FROM TEH CORPURATIANS LOLZ!!!!"

In short, and with less venting of prior existing annoyance, how is the fact that this is a hard diet to stick too, requiring dedication above beyond that required to mind the amount of food you're eating when you haven't been doing that, possibly a point in its favor, and how does that need for strict adherence not count against it's long term success chances?

Winter tonic cold, adjust your diet at the same time, exercise should be carried out cold tolerance, thereby enhancing adaptability. If ignored the body's own physiological cold tolerance, and blindly rely on food cold, excessive consumption of high-energy high-fat food and alcohol, etc., and processing center of gravity can cause disease. Moreover, a winter down, there may be more to grow fat, the fat will give the original or cardiovascular dysfunction bring many adverse effects. Thus, the winter should adhere to appropriate physical exercise, such as tai chi, walking, playing, etc., which can promote metabolism, accelerate blood circulation, enhance gastrointestinal digestion and absorption of nutrients, to really benefit from eating purposes.

I never said it was better. I said if she was going to do it, do it properly as skipping things out would cause deficits in a balanced diet. The seeds oils etc make sure you have a balanced diet of fats and proteins etc. I learnt portion control and which foods filled me up on less calories. I learnt what made my stomach feel better and what didn't.

It does have a long term success rate if you are willing to keep up good habits. Some people like guidelines.

Stop reading into things I haven't written.

its good to read what everyone think, for a moment i thought of giving up (but my friend convinced me not to). I will not lie it was so hard for the first week and the second so takes 100% commitment and determination. but now it is alot easier. ive lots more energy and am exercising at least 6 days a week. The weight is falling off fast, and bmi slowly coming down. and im learning a hard lesson on portion control, which i know will be 2nd nature to eating in due time. The food selection is bland! ( didnt even know what some of the foods where like tahini, bok choy bamboo shoots in so forth lol) however its up to the individual to spruce the food up and make a meal that is tasty n appealing ( which after a few failed attempts) ive managed to master...Thumbs up even my family eat my meals lol.

Hi, did you manage to stick to it? Are you still doing it? If so do you want to add me as a friend? I live in NZ (do you as well?)
so it has still been BBQ weather and lots of socialising which is tough when you are trying to stick to a plan. BUT it has started to cool down and I have started on SureSlim again today because I know that it works - lost 15kgs when I did it last time.
