Ideal BMI says 54 but that is too skinny for me.0 -
5'2.5" and happy to be maintaining at 123. I feel pretty comfortable within 5 pounds of that weight. If I'm over 128 I am conscious of the difference; if I'm under 118 people start asking if I'm unwell. This seems to be a good weight for me for now. If I ever get motivated enough to change my body composition, I would be fine with the scale giving me a higher number as long as I still fit comfortably into my current clothes.0

I'm 28, 5'2 and currently 197 down from 316. My current goal right now is to make it to 180. Ultimately I think I would like 140. As a previous poster mentioned though, I won't sacrifice any muscle mass just for a number.0

I'm 5'4" and 24 years old, my goal was 60kg (132lbs) but I have moved that to 58kg (127lbs)....getting closer everyday!0

I'm 5'4" and am currently 158. My goal is around 140, give or take.0

I'm slightly more than 5'4" tall, and I want to have 16% body fat. Most calculators put that around 118-125 pounds for me. I am currently around 22% body fat and 130 pounds, but just look and feel much "squishier" than I would prefer.0

:flowerforyou: I'm 5'2" and 55 years old. My goal weight is 135, but if I could actually get under 130 I'd be thrilled. I know that's a really attractive weight for me, but 128 is as thin as I want to get.0

I'm 5'2 and 35 years old. I dont really have a goal weight. I just want to feel good and run far. right now i'm 84kgs (175lbs ish). my goal is to run a marathon and finish it without feeling like death warmed up.0

I'm 33, 5'4'' and my goal is 145. I hope to have that be my average. I've never maintained that weight, so not sure it will work. I've been smaller, but I looked... off. I have an hourglass shape and I just didn't look right to me. 160ish still seems too big. So, I'm hoping that 145 will be the ticket for me. I'm currently right at 180, so I hope to hit goal next year some time.0

I am 5'3". 28 yrs. My current goal weight is 145 lbs because I haven't been below that since I was 16. I would LOVE to be 135 though.0

29, 5'3" CW139, GW110-115....of coarse when I was this weight before, I didn't lift weights like I do now so I have a feeling I am going to be happy when I hit 125. I wear a size 7 now at 139 but use to wear that size at 125 so I have definitely put on muscle. So 110-115 may be too small for me, I guess I will know when I get there.0

5'2 and my goal weight is 8 stone and 11 pounds and no lower then 8 stone and 8 pounds - or a range of 120-123 lb. That puts me smack bang in the middle of the weight I should be for my height according to charts I've looked at. I think your build is important. I have an athletic frame so I don't think it would do me any good to be as light as say 7 and a half stone (or 105lb). Another test is to measure the circumference of your wrist. I'm not sure what measurements you should be going by, but if you have tiny wrists you can probably get away with being lighter. If that makes sense.0

5"3. The goal is 135 even though the tracker says 120. I need to see what it looks like at that point and then figure out what's next.0
-
I am 5'3 and a half, and I currently weigh 102 lbs. I would happy to maintain this weight except since I'm apple shaped and ANY fat goes straight to my stomach, I fear I need to get down to 98 lbs (which I was pre-pregnancy) to shed the fat and then work on building muscle. Oh, how I wish fat went to my hips and thighs instead.0
-
I'm 5'4. I started at 200 and have my goal at 150. I want to reach that and then make a new goal, maybe 130. I haven't decided yet and have plenty of time lol.0
-
Right now I am around 130 at 5'4", my lowest weight at this height was around 110, but I was also about 17-18 years old, so I am not sure how reasonable that goal is, but I would sure like to reach it! FWIW, even at 130, I am looking like I have the beginning of a six pack, so I am thinking maybe I shouldn't really obsess so much about the scale anyway!0

I'm 5.2 and 135 lbs. I would love to be 120. Idk how people can weigh 110! I think I would look like a bobble head.0
-
I'm 5'2'' and my goal weight is 110lbs. Last time I weighed myself I was 114 and I'm probably somewhere close to this, but I don't weigh myself super often. Want to get down to the elusive 110!!0
-
5'4, goal currently 130-135.0

Initial goal is 145 - then i'll re-evaluate how I feel.0

I'm 5.2 and 135 lbs. I would love to be 120. Idk how people can weigh 110! I think I would look like a bobble head.
I am flat-chested and have a small bone structure, I really don't look that skinny at 110!0 -
I am just under 5'2" and 43 yrs old. I started at 291 back in February, and my first goal is to get under 200 (I'm at 215 now, so getting closer to hitting that). My next big goal will be to get under 150 (I think I set my ticker for 140 but I can't recall now). At that point, I'll assess what I really want to get to. In the back of my mind, I'm looking at wanting to maintain between a range of 120-130.
In high school, I kept between 115-120 and felt hideously fat because I had thighs (the horror). I promptly went to college and gained the freshman 15 (or 20) and decided to make that an annual ritual. When I look back, I was healthy at 120. Sure, back in the 80s, it was all the rage to say that if you were 5'2" you should weigh about 105, but I was never a 105 sort of person. And I was active - I swam in the summer, did XC and track in the fall and spring, and throughout the year I did racquetball and aerobics. I was inherently lazy, but active, and that doesn't count the running around outside with friends (later turning into sneaking around and partying, but hey...). It took me years to realize that those number charts were stupid and that SOME shorter people will naturally fall in around there, and some, like me, will naturally fall in closer to where I was, and some maybe even above, especially if they've got great muscle tone.
So yeah - under 200, then under 150, and then assess how I feel and such, but I do think I'll make a push to get toward 120-130 - what I'll be looking at then, however, is making sure I've got a good cardio routine to assist me in being active, and I'll be doing weights to really get myself more fit - so wherever the weight falls, it falls, and I'll be looking at measurements and how I feel0 -
I'm 52, and almost 53 years old. I have my goal set for 125. Don't know if I should go lower at my age. Have to see how I look when i get there.0
