Just thought I'd say hello! I joined after a friend recommended MFP to me. She's done brilliantly losing over 100 lbs, so I'm hoping it works as well for me. Going to give it my best shot as I've just got a dog and walking him with painful arthritis whilst carrying all this weight is gruelling. What a fantastic site! :)
