10% down!

I just realized that I have lost 10% of my starting body weight going back to March of this year. When I hit 39 years and 220 at the same time i realized it was time to change and began working toward my goal of 40 pounds by 40 years old. This morning I weighed in at 198 which was a 22 pound loss, 10% lost! That is another mini goal met!!

    Good job. Doctors say that loosing just 10% of your body weight reduces your risk of diabetes, certain cancers and heart disease by something like 25%. Way to go! :smile:
