    truly an inspiration! how long did it take you to melt away the lbs?
    I started exercising and watching what I ate back in April of this year on a low carb diet. That became to restrictive, since I love carbs! So sometime in August I really started tracking my calories on MFP. And been steadily losing weight since April. So 6 mos now.
