Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to share, we all know Leslie Sansone the maker of "Walk at Home" "Walk Off the Pounds" exercise tapes and DVD's. She is hosting a 21 Days before Thanksgiving Challenge...it's being hosted on Facebook, well that is where most of the info is.

  • Facebook is the forbidden fruit here at Hell's Gate, I mean work. So could you share some info on it?

I think this sounds like my kind of challenge. (And it helps that I actually found it BEFORE it started, instead of in the middle of the challenge).

I'm a little concerned about the amount of walking, though, since I've only ever done her one- and two-mile walks. Five miles sounds REALLY daunting.
