    I'm very fond of radicchio leaves or scallions dipped in full-fat ranch dressing. The sweetness and dairy of the ranch offset the bitterness of the veggies and it's pretty addictive.

    - Aged extra sharp cheddar wrapped in nori, along with apple slices (my favorite apple for this is pink lady) wrapped in nori.

    - I like making truffles with a spicy chocolate ganache with the best dark chocolate and hottest peppers i can find.

    - My favorite college snack/meal was white Japanese rice, one can tuna on top of the rice, then with furikake and nori on top all pressed flat, with soy sauce on the side to finish.

    Tuna and grape jelly on a bagel (guess you could do on toast too)
    Love jelly and chicken too.

    Some people think it's weird I like dressing (Bolthouse) on my bread.

    Before was allergic I liked jelly on chick-fil-a biscuit

    Not a weird combo, but I like to put fiber one cereal and reduced sugar craising together and then freeze them and eat it super cold

    ...I have an 85% or 99% dark chocolate bar in the cabinet. Maybe tomorrow I'll try it.

    Mango and juice of a lime or lemon with salt and chili powder
    jicama (Mexican yam) raw - with lime/lemon salt and chili powder
    peanut butter and Greek yogurt (keeps you going) on a cracker...

    Hot sauce on almost anything, including mac and cheese, spaghetti, pizza...
    Ketchup and mac n cheese.

    I always eat my pizza with ranch! Italian dressing on pizza is pretty good too..

    Baking Chocolate (unsweetened) or Raw Cacao Paste dipped in honey or almond butter
    Baking (unsweetened) chocolate eaten in combination with a banana
    Popcorn and ketchup
    Hummus and eggs

    I guess it's not that strange... But I have been called out on my 'creative' food combinations many times =P

    Popcorn and Ketchup is pretty strange. That is one of those ones I wouldn't have the guts to try.

    I just remembered another weird one for me:
    I like putting chips (especially Ranch Doritos) on my sandwich. Meat √ Cheese √ Veggies √ Doritos √ No tops on my sandwiches either, one piece of bread is good. Doritos are the top layer.
