    I'm a big guy as well....been here for going on 2 months and have seen good progress. I'm also hoping to get off the blood pressure meds. Request sent.

    Welcome to MFP! I'll be here for you. I am currently being screened for diabetes myself and this is after having lost 32 lbs. since July 1st of this year. I am officially overweight now, obesity is behind me! I can sure use another mutual support partner in this journey. FR sent!
