Anyone a coeliac ?

Options
I mean seriously every time I look at a diet plan or even look at food I just sulk because it looks as though all I can eat is salad (I know it is not but aaaaaaaa)
So if anyone is a coeliac or is going GF can you maybe suggest some good HEALTHY meals. Lunch and Dinner especially.

Thanks :)

Are you celiac? You can eat anything "real". There's no gluten in fruit, veggies, meat, rice, potatoes, dairy, and there are tons of expensive gluten free products. Just stay away from processed foods, breads and learn to read labels really well.

Thanks, just get a tad frustrating when I just want to be able to by soup or sushi or prettyeven porridge oats when everything appears to have traces or might have.

you can eat sushi, you just can't have the soy sauce, although they make a gluten free soy sauce - I've been gluten free 4 months now and eat pretty much EVERYTHING - Bakery on main makes a certified gluten free oatmeal - the apple pie flavor is the best! There are sooo many gluten free options where I live... In all the grocery stores, restaurants, etc...

Don't forget healthy fats - oils, nut butters, nuts...

I was eating gluten free for a while. The gluten free substitutes are expensive and some not so good (like bread), but pasta is pretty good. I like gluten free steel cut oats as well.
