Have I Plateaued?

Hey Guys.

I have started to take losing weight seriously only the last month. For the 2 and a half weeks, the scales were dropping fast, this last 2 weeks there has been no change..

I know that doesnt seem like a long time.

I started at about 84kgs a month ago, went down to 78kgs 2 weeks ago, and now im back to 80kgs (for the last 2 weeks). I havent really changed anything except for doing a little more cardio.

Should I be re assessing my calorie intake or is to early for any concerns?

Thanks guys, excuse my ignorance, i have plenty experience gaining weight ad no experience losing it ;)

4 kilos in a month total despite the fluctuation is pretty darn good. I would give yourself more time!

Stalls happen all the time. I have them every month (lasts up to 3 weeks). A plateau is no progress for 2 months or something.

You weight has to remain exactly the same for 4 weeks to be on a plateau.
