I'm only on day one but hey if you don't set yourself goals you are not likely to reach any. Hmm approx 8 weeks... I will do my very best, but if I lose 2lb a week that's 16lb and I'll take that!

Since it is now November The only way I would loose 20 lbs by Christmas is for $2000.00 THAT WOULD NOT BE HEALTHY AND i DON'T EVEN TRY TO LOOSE WEIGHT MY GOAL IS FAT LOOSE AND NOT POSSIBLE TO LOOSE 20 LBS OF FAT WITHOUT MUSCLE LOOSE :drinker:
