Best weightlifting program to retain muscle?

Hello,
I used to lift a few years ago and stopped for no reason. I am looking to get back into it so when I lose the 20-30 lbs I need to I will look fit and sexy!
What is a good program to follow? I have access to a gym with a great weight room

Any really .. far as I know, they are all designed to help keep muscle or to gain muscle,I have done stronglift 5x5 and new rules of lifting now I'm on a 5 day program that I made myself. Good luck0

Any program with progressive overload, provided you are losing weight slowly and getting plenty of protein.

There is no "best". Take your pick:
