Not sure if you can get these anywhere else other than the UK, but apologise if you can 
I had a thin for lunch with some salad today. It said on the packet, one thin contains 100calories. Now do I count one thin as both bits that made the sandwich or separately?

It's 100 cals for both bits, top and bottom isn't counted separately.0

100 cals each bit, as you could have a giant one with 3 bits!0

One thin = a front and a back.. 100cals. I love these, so much better than bread!0
