Warburton Thins - UK calorie query

Not sure if you can get these anywhere else other than the UK, but apologise if you can
I had a thin for lunch with some salad today. It said on the packet, one thin contains 100calories. Now do I count one thin as both bits that made the sandwich or separately?
X Hope this makes sense to someone?

It's 100 cals for both bits, top and bottom isn't counted separately.0

100 cals each bit, as you could have a giant one with 3 bits!0

One thin = a front and a back.. 100cals. I love these, so much better than bread!0

Warburton Thins is the most British name I've ever heard for a bread product.
They look tasty.0
