    yes, it's a free app (though you can upgrade if you want more detailed reports, etc.). I've tried others and I still like it the best. There are some free training plans you can sign up for, from beginner to marathon training... (I am somewhere between 5k and 10 k right now).

    I've added a few of you on Runkeeper but it seems that you can only add so many at a time, (maybe) anyway. Add me if you'd like. I'm always looking for ways to stay motivated and love knowing friends are exercising. It kinda helps get me off my A%% when I know you guys are out there and I'm not.

    mrseholley...it says your sight is only viewable by you (trying to add friends using the www.runkeeper.com/user/username method since it wouldn't find anyone for me just by username...so it might not be letting people request you...try that method to add them :)
