5:2 Diet

Anyone had success with intermittent fasting? I really wanna try it!!

    Success in what way? When they call it a diet they really mean a way of eating not a weight loss plan in particular. You still have to eat at a deficit to lose weight, 5:2 is just a different way of arranging your calories.

    Ive been doing it for 10 weeks. I dont have a lot to lose, but ive lost 3lbs since i started and inches r coming off too. Its not a quick weight loss diet. Avg loss per week serms to b around 1lb. Give it a go, it cant hurt!

    There are groups on MFP that have information about 5:2 if you want to read about it.
