It's week 10 people!! We've done alot this weeks. Let us salute to more busy weeks to come:drinker:
I'm thinking of a number realated rhyme......ten, den, men, ben ......Got One!! It's week Ten and the feeling is Zen.

Hi...I didn't really do much exercising last week...I worked sooo much but intend to work my butt off this week!!!
Beginning weight = 235.8 Lbs.
Current weight = 226 Lbs.
Goal weight = 170 Lbs.
Weight loss Past week = -.2 Lbs.
Total weight loss = - 9.8 Lbs.
Atleast I managed to maintain and not gain!! :=)0 -
I am back on track with a weight loss of 3.2lbs this week. Was 193lbs last Monday and this morning I'm at 189.8lbs. Here to keeping on track for the next few weeks so I can hit my goal of 180lbs.0
