So, I am a 27 year old student looking to turn things around. I started Insanity yesterday and have the goal of learning to exercise everyday.     Hey! I started Insanity last week and its definitely insane. Unfortunately, I missed two workouts so I decided to just start all over today instead of trying to play catch up. Good Luck with everything! :)

    Hi! I graduated the insanity program Saturday the 26th of October and restarted it the next day so I am on the first week again!
