Changing Daily Requirements

Hi Just wondering if anyone knows of a way in which we can change the protein requirements etc. I was advised that I should be getting 0.8-1.0g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight.

    Unfortunately, MFP only allows you to figure them as percentages right now. So you'll have to calculate what percentage of your total calories that works out to be.
