curious for those with cheat day..

My cheat day is on my rest day, no exercise. I still do not go over my calories though. If I do, it's by a small amount.0

I cheat all weekend. The more weight I lose, and the more used to the restricted calories I get, the less the cheating takes me far past my alloted daily calories (1210). I am still making good progress, faster than I expected. I guess cause I go under with my calories a couple of days a week it all evens out in the end. I have lost 8 lbs in the last month and 11 since the middle of August, 8 more to go by January, I think I can do it even with cheating.0
