Easy Pumpkin Dessert
Mccormick - Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1 tsp
Libby's - 100% Pure Pumpkin- 15 oz Can
Kraft - Cool Whip--Fat Free Whipped Topping
Jell-o - Sugar Free/fat Free Instant Pudding (Mix Only) - Vanilla, 1 pkg dry
Milk - Nonfat (fat free or skim), 1 cup
Mix pudding and milk until well blended and add pumpkin pie spice, fold in pumpkin and cool whip until creamy. I usually serve it in small cups, but you could also add it to a graham cracker crust for a pie or two. This recipe makes a LOT.
This was a recipe I got while on WW LOOOONG ago, for 8 servings it's 88 calories per serving.

Yes I usually make it a night before I eat any and in my house it's gone within the next few days! Servings are roughly a cup.0 -

Coming back to say that I made this for our Tgiving dessert yesterday. It is SO good! I could have eaten the entire thing. It's very light and fluffy. Next time I make it I might mix in a small amount of chopped nuts or maybe top it with some crushed graham crackers, to give it a sort of crust. Thanks again for sharing this!0
