why are weekends SO much harder to stay on track with.
My wife wants to roll out the big guns at meal times and I don't want to offend her by pulling my face.

If we were both on the same bus ( same goals) it would be so much easier than sailing this ship alone.

Ok- over and out.

OMG it soo hard when the other person isn't worried about their weight...My husbands snacks are huge bowls of cereal or cookies with milk. I want to knock him out cold and steal his cookies, lol
  • It must be easier if you are both going in the same direction.

We will get there in the end.

I love the way you word your post

Regarding your predicament, do what I did earlier on in my weightloss, I saved up some calories to use at the weekend, it seemed to work for me, hopefully it will work for you.

Luckily me and my boyfriend are both trying to lose weight. He does all the cooking. The only issue with us is that he's doing WW points and I'm doing this. Good luck getting on the same track!
