Seen the light, no the .......

One as in 199.6. I started out at 230 lbs. on Aug. 12, 2013. I use the MFP diary everyday, and walk 10 - 14 miles each week. I'm 5'7" and have set my goal at 150 - 160. I also workout with dumbbells at home. My wife is losing weight as well. We are both Certified Medical Assistants, she works in a doctor's office, and I work in a Middle School health clinic. I've lost weight before using Adkins, Weight Watchers, and South Beach, but always gained back the weight. For the first time I'm learning how I must treat my relationship with food for a long term (lifelong) opportunity of success.
