THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE! Honestly! you guys are too nice. a quick update, I've gained some weight but guess what I look leaner! lol. I got down to 125.6, dropped it quickly from teaching zumba and then gained 4 lbs--- stood there for a few weeks and gained 5 more! Right now I'm fluctuating between 132-135... =D
Being a Zumba instructor is kicking my booty! I love it! and Since I'm trying to lean out! I've been doing things a little different in my zumba class... and My class are losing weight! so exciting!!!
Quick Zumba tip, if you can include weights in a couple of songs. I've been doing just zumba since June and I'm pretty toned and muscular right now! =D I try to focus on toning for 2-3 songs instead of just dancing the whole time during zumba... at least 3 times a week and on Thursdays & Fridays. it's all cardio! so fun. and my class are getting results. We use 2, 3's and 5's but if you want to wear weights the whole time during zumba I suggest wrist weights of 1lb. =D
I can't stress weights enough! it's a must! ALL YOU NEED IS A DUMBBELL... you don't have to go crazy. =D I do only up to 8 lbs. lol. cuz that's what I have. =D so LIFT! =D it's a must. even if it's just a bit.

no I started zumba in February....
the first half of my journey I did the 30 day shred and walked... but it's mostly your eating habits you have to change.0 -
