    Please please don't give up. Have you ever watched a baby? Evertime they fall they get up. And you must do the same. You must do it for the sake of being healthy. Remember God loves you and you must keep trying.

    What others said! If you do not like your body at your current weight, and you "give up", are you going to like your body any more when your weight keeps climbing?! Even if you dont manage to lose much or anything, keep fighting or the battle will be much bigger the next time you decide to get back on that horse.

    No one has the discipline right away to do anything long term; that takes patience. Just know that even the most disciplined people gain a little weight back every now & then. The most important thing to remember is that on average you will lose more than you gain. The most important thing to understand is that you are trying to DEVELOP the DISCIPLINE to stop eating any more food after you have reached a certain calorie limit.

    Stopping yourself from eating whenever you feel like it is not difficult. Developing the discipline to stop the habit you've developed of eating whenever you feel like it IS difficult...ONLY IN THE BEGINNING! As long as you stick with it, you'll have the discipline to reach your calorie limit on a routine basis and think nothing of it!

    BOTTOM LINE: Stick with it. Winners don't quit, and quitters don't win. Nothing worthwhile will happen overnight.
