MFP inspiring me to pursue a career in nutrition..

Not really sure where else to post this, but I really wanted to post it somewhere. I've been so unsure of what I wanted to do with my life in terms of a career after finishing high school. I took a college course that I lost interest in and ended up dropping out of, and since then I had no idea what I really wanted to do.

But ever since starting this journey with MFP, I've been really inspired to pursue a career in nutrition somehow. I was looking earlier at courses online at my old college and found something that I thought I'd really enjoy. Which is weird, because if you'd told me 2 or 3 years ago that I'd be wanting to pursue a career like this, I would have laughed in your face.

Brief summary of what I could do with this course:
"Graduates often work as nutrition educators in corporate or community health and wellness programs, fitness centres, weight management clinics, or contract their services as a nutrition consultant."

Has anyone else been inspired by MFP to pursue a career in something fitness/nutrition related? (:

Being a certified nutritionist doesn't have as much credibility as a registered dietician. So try for the RD license instead. As of today, a person with no high school education can pass on online test and become a certified nutritionist. And honestly, most spout a bunch of broscience when it comes to actual nutrition since they have no background in physiology and endocrinology.
