11/02: 52 minutes - about 10 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of strength training, and another 22 minutes redoing W2D3 of C253
11/03: 56 minutes - about 7 minutes on the treadmill, 16 minutes of strength training, 10 minutes playing basketball, 22 minutes of redoing W2D3 of C253, followed by 1 minute of walking.0 -
