Almost to my second goal! Help setting a third.

I am, finally, less than a pound from my second goal weight. My start weight was 271.2 pounds in August 2012. My first goal was 135. After hitting that goal I made a new goal for 125. I am at 125.2 pounds today and will hopefully have the .2 off by Friday.
I want to set a third goal but am not sure where to set it at. My family and friends say I should stop. But they don't see what's hiding under my clothes....a gut (gross)! I will stop and work on maintaining once I get rid of the stinking roll that still haunts me. Is 115 too low? I'm between 5' 2" and 5' 3".

I am in the same spot as you. We are the same height, and I am currently 127. My ultimate goal in this journey has been 125, and I am just about there. I'm not sure I am comfortable yet with where I am, especially naked. I am thinking about going a little lower, possibly 115-120. Saying that, everyone around me keeps telling me I am skinny enough and I shouldn't loose anymore, husband included. I gave up telling anyone I will possibly go a little lower.0

How about a non-scale relates goal? Train to run a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon. Train to increase weigh lifting strength by 15 or 20%. You've obviously done great work and had success with weight loss. Make your next goal something fun and healthy.0

If you are a small build you can go down to 108. medium lowest weight should be 118. But I agree you should do something more fun. Strength training will definitely help a lot.0

I don't know what build I am.0

How tall are you? I'm 5'5" and a healthy weight range for me is 111-150. But I agree with others that a non-scale goal. They tend to be more fun than the scale goals. Strength training should help with the gut issue and will tone you up nicely. I've been weight training for a little over a month and I've made so much progress it's not even funny.0 -
I am 5 foot 2.5 inches. I may try a different goal. I really love watching the number on the scale drop though.0
