Can anyone recommend a good kickboxing video??

    I'm not an experienced kickboxer, but I really like Chris Freytag's 10lb Xtreme Slimdown kickboxing. It's on YouTube as well as DVD, I think, and it keeps me interested enough to finish the whole thing, and I loathe Cardio.

    Kelly Coffey Meyers 30 minutes to Kickboxing and Total Body Kickbox are really good ones, they are my go to workouts when I don't feel like doing anything else. She also has a boxing one that is really good. Her website is Coffeyfit.com.

    Love Chris Freytag's 10 Pounds Slim down Kickboxing workout. So much fun! Amy Bento In the Ring and Kickbox Surge are a lot of fun too. I also love Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam from Beachbody.com

    Thanks friends, Im going to check them out! I just got a Jillian Michaels DVD on Ebay for $10 (kickboxing)
