Hello, I have just joined today, and I was looking for some support maybe some friends also trying to lose weight so we can do it together?

I have tried before to lose weight but it is hard for me, in the past I had lost 30 pounds and then I gave up and gain it all back plus another 20.. :cry:

I'm just looking for people in the same boat to talk to and help along the way.

    I know how you feel, I'm 20 and I started to gain back some of the weight I lost, it's the reason I joined as well! Anyway I'll totally be your buddy if you like. If you're in my area maybe we can arrange some exercise meet ups! That is if you felt like it. Let me know!
