Starting MediFast

Is anyone else on Medifast? I really could use a buddy or seven. I have been looking for a coach and my meals just arrived this afternoon. I tried this a year and a half ago and failed. Miserably. My health now is at risk and I cannot fail this time!

    My daughter's sister in law has been on it for a while and she has lost about 80 pounds. She isn't on MFP but she is very happy about the program. Good luck!

    Um good luck with that... I was on it for a few months until I couldnt stand choking down another packet of powdered food... then gained it all back... like my health coach and everyone else I know that did medifast. I hope it'll be a good jump start for you...

    I am in the same boat as you. I have just got back on medifast this week, I lost 18 lbs a few months back tthen I went back to my old eating habits. Add me so we can chat
