Ingredient
1 medium size organic sugar pumpkin
1 9” unbaked pumpkin pie crust
1/2 cup of granulated dark brown cane sugar
1 1/2 cups of fresh cold heavy cream
1/3 cup of granulated white cane sugar
1/4 tsp of ground cloves
1/2 tsp of table salt
2 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp of cardamon powder
3 medium size fresh whole eggs
1/2 tsp of lemon zest
1 tsp of ginger powder

Coming back to say that I made this for our Tgiving dessert yesterday. It is SO good! I could have eaten the entire thing. It's very light and fluffy. Next time I make it I might mix in a small amount of chopped nuts or maybe top it with some crushed graham crackers, to give it a sort of crust. Thanks again for sharing this!0

I was just saying I'll be glad when all the pumpkin pies will be gone as they are my fave pies, but knocking my calories outta wack. But with this recipe low in cals....Hmmm....I'm gonna have to mix this up tonight!0
