With the holiday season approaching, this means that it can impact your program in not such a postive way. I am going to list my top five ways to stay on track duriing this time.
1. Have a filling breakfast; I love oatmeal with fresh cut apples and cinnamon.
2. Drink water.
3. Make a list of reasons as to why you started this journey.
4. Combine cardio and weights. More muscle means that you will burn more calories while resting.
5. Try not and stress over a few bad meals or snacks; make it up at the next meal.
