so its my week off from the gym coming up
should I also stop supplements since I am not going to the gym?
usually I take protein powder, glutamine, flaxseed oil pills, and multi vitamins

You don't need to cycle any of those supplements.0

I figure I don't need as much protein if I am not working out
I know I still need protein but I figure to cut it down (usually I do about 1.75 g protein per lb of body weight while training, I figure to cut it down to about 1g or so per lb of bodyweight for my week off?)
Glutamine is generally for recovery, I figure I am not working out and don't need as much recovery?0 -
I guess if that's what you're using Glutamine for, then you wouldn't need it. I don't know about needing extra protein for training, though. I wasn't aware that you needed more protein for training than you would on any other day. Flax seed oil and vitamins are just normal every day supplements. So, basically, bump.0
