NSV The Doctor Called!

Options
In September of this year, I went to my gynecologist for an annual check up. I have PCOS, so it is customary for them to draw my blood. My results were in and my fasting glucose levels were high. Borderline diabetic high. Since then, I have lost 24 lbs and have been eating a lot healthier. Today I received a call from my family doctor stating that my glucose levels were normal! I was at the gym when they called and was practically in tears while doing my curls.

It made me realize that what I am doing is not only going to change my appearance but it is also going to change my life. It already has

    Congratulations! Wonderful news to get.
I also have PCOS. While my glucose levels are normal, my Insulin has been 45 and up to 55 over the past 5 years. Last blood test it was down to 32! I've since lost another 5kg (10lbs) and am due another round of tests. Fingers crossed.
    Good luck!

doesnt matter what you do for your appearance the only thing that is going to keep you strong and healthy throughout your life is what is going on inside your body. This is the best thing you could have ever done for yourself...great job!
