    We have a wellness program at work that challenges us to 400 minutes/week. My report so far is this
    11/1 - - 84 minutes Running/Walking
    11/2 - - 90 minutes Running
    11/3 - - 90 minutes Raking leaves
    11/4 - - 60 minutes Eliptical/walking
    1,440 - 324= 1,116 min remain

    11/1: 0.5 hour (running)
    11/2: 1 hour (running)
    11/4: 1.50 hour (Zumba + running)

    Total: 3/24 hours

    11/2 - 90 minutes (cleaning)
    11/3 - 120 minutes (more cleaning, its never going to end!!)
    11/4 - Rest Day
    11/5 - 85 minutes (spinning)

    02/11 60 Min brisk walk with Candy, 60 Hiking, 20min running stairs (20hrs 15min left)
    03/11 60 brisk walk with Candy, 90 hiking and 15min running stairs (17hrs 30min left)
    04/11 45 brisk walk with Candy, 45min running stairs (16hrs left)

    November 24 hours=1440 minutes

    1st. - 2 hours (Treadmill, Stretching, Zumba) = 22 hours left
    2nd - 1 hour 15 minutes (Treadmill) = 20 hours 45 minutes left
    3rd - 45 minutes (Stretching and Walking) = 20 hours left
    4th - 1 hour (Zumba) = 19 hours left
    5th - 1 hour 15 minutes (Treadmill) = 17 hours 45 minutes left

    :flowerforyou: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS: It is working out well with my other challenges for this month!! Can't ever have just ONE at a time!! :bigsmile: That would just be too easy, right??
