Yep! ME!
follow it back from where it rolled and you commented on like the first page. But impressive you have lost quite a bit more since then.0 -
I have back in 2004-2006, I lost 103pds with just old fashioned diet and exercise. Unfortunately I have regained it all over the years due to injury after injury so now was back to having to lose 92pd, although I have already lost 22pds and just have 70pds left to go!0

I have! It's doable!0

I lost it and maintained for about 3 years now. I am finally buckling back down to lose the extra 30-40 I never meant to leave behind on my body
However, once I got going the first 100 seemed a lot easier than this weight!!0 -
I've lost 125, mostly due to my running habit.0

This chick right here!!!!!0

Goal is to lose it by mid 2014. I began in late August and had a great 6 weeks. Had a bad October but have bounced back due to God's grace and opening my eyes day in and day out. No more bad months from here on out! Thank you Jesus! Great thread. Great success stories. Keep it up everyone!0

still got a long ways to go, but im on my way there.... as of right now i have almost 130 down, and at my highest loss, i had over 150 down. i was about halfway to my goal. i started out weighing 535 lbs, and as of this morning i am currently at 408. back in february i was down to 482, but i kinda fell off the wagon and gained back 50 lbs in 6 months. im back now though and on my way the right direction.0

I am now done almost 120 in the past 12 months. Here was my post with pictures at 113, I need to put up some new pictures as I found my body is changing more than the pounds currently.

Yes, it's quite possible but just takes patience & hard work. I've lost over 200 overall, but when I actually changed my lifestyle and started using MFP, I used my weight at that point on here. I have about 40 to go, give or take.0

No surgery here.0

At my highest weight I was 289 lbs. I have lost a little over 127 lbs and am now 161.4 lbs. I started actively tracking my efforts (logging exercise and food, weighing myself regularly) in January 2013 and have lost 80 lbs since then. This is my first time trying to paste in pictures. I hope it works!
