    Thanks. It took about 3 and a half months. Eating 1200 calories a day, I ate about half my calories back from exercising. I did a 90 day program called Jillian Michaels Total Body Revolution. it comes with 3 different phases, 5 DVDs in each phase. I completed the program at the end of August. Now I just do a few of the DVDs 4 times a week and up'd the size of the free weights I use with the program.
