    Hey, if the challenge isn't for you that's great! But why make comments? Clean eating challenges are done by personal trainers, Body by Vi, Beachbody, Advocare, Herbalife, and other people who are trying to simply support others. It doesn't come easy for some people. If you can eat well, good for you! If not, you can join this group :)

    They can't post the guidelines because they aren't allowed to try and sell stuff, in this case, Shakeology on here. If you are truly interested in clean eating, join the group on here.

    But it isn't necessary to eat clean to be healthy and lose weight. I've lost 123lbs in 15 months and I eat ice cream everyday.
