If you had to choose just one form of exercise...

...to do for the month, what would it be?

I think mine would be the Boxerfit class at my local gym. It kills me every time but the music (garage and funky house) always keeps me going. It's a shame it's only on once a week!

I wish I knew how to ride a bike! If I could, I'd probably add it to my routine. Instead I have to settle for spin...

HIIT! Most benefits (for me personally) in the least amount of time annnnd I can do it at home -in my basement where no one can see me struggling to complete push-ups/squats, etc. it's also endlessly customizable. I guess I also play with my kids outside but it's a little chilly now. :-)

The kind where I pick things up and put them down. If lifting is too general though, I'd probably use my Prowler. I can get a full workout on that thing and it feels terrible/awesome.

If I had to choose just one, it would be my Tony Little Gazelle. I have 7 lists of different paced music for each day of the week, so I won't have to hear the same music every time, and won't go at the same pace every time. It's my main source of activity now.

Ugh, trying to decide between lifting weights and sprints. Because it's so damn cold out and will be for the next 5 or so months, I guess lifting free weights would be my choice. :)

Running, because usually it's the only thing that keeps me from killing people. :)

My women's fitness/kickboxing class. It's available 3 times a week and lasts an hour and is a great mix of cardio, core and arms/legs.

I get the most out of intervals on the Stairmaster and Body Pump, but a month of only doing that I can't imagine. I love to dance, but since I'm not on a dance team anymore it's hard to do regularly without any structured classes. Maybe finding one is what I need.

My sports for me. If I have to be more specific, I'd probably say volleyball.

I prefer hockey to volleyball but I play hockey once a week vs volleyball 2-3 times a week.
