Its that time-5 Month Update!!!!!!

Im around these posts somewhere, and my face prob looks familiar..lol. I told myself Id post every month a side by side. Im 3 days shy of my 5th Month.
29/female - Start 272 lbs, now (since its NO-SCALE November..) I would guess 233? A few weeks ago it was 237.
Guesstimating 40 lb loss.
Before: Health: Practically should hve been in a hospital bed with every health issue you could think of,, walking cuz I had too, suffering
Now: 360 turn around! I feel normal, energy up the wazoo, no pain!
1500-2000 cals a day
workout 5-6 days a week, havent started lifting weights yet (had hand surgery and still feel my hand isnt strong enough)
I do stairs at gym, walking 5-7 miles a day (on certain days), zumba, anything else I can come up with lol.
IVE ACTUALLY HAD A HARD MONTH TRYING TO BE SUPER FUN MOTIVATED, BUT IM FINISHING THE MONTH STRONG. ALL IT TAKES IS A PIC TO REMIND ME HOW FAR IVE COME. THANKS ALL IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR KIND WORDS. THEY MEAN EVERYTHING TO ME WHEN I DONT BELIEVE I CAN!!!!!!!!!
I have a neck now, and a jaw line. My limbs arent super swollen. My cheeks dont overtake my face. lol. Im starting to have a waist!!!

Wow! That's inspiration for me. Keep up the good work! The group exercise will help tone the areas that walking alone doesn't get. Zumba is excellent for that. Keep toning and add weights when you can only because the weight training is suggested to avoid so many other things later in life (like Osteoporous).0

Thank you! Yes I was super round and now im smaller but the same shape if it makes sense? I have lost about 15-20 inches all over. Now I need to start weights to tone up.0 -
