what are some quick and easy lunches?

this week i have been eating within my calories (im under a tiny bit), sugar, protein( i eat more than MFP suggests for protein) so im not over any intakes. BUT for lunch i have been eating Amy's gluten free mac n cheese. it has 16g of protein, 16g fat, 400 calories 6g of sugar, 86 carbs 640g sodium (ouch) . Along with a banana / apple, sometimes green beans a yogurt and one day I had a sandwich too. I was on a budget this week so i had to go cheap. Tomorrow my lunch will not be the same as it has been all week. i need more lunch suggestions, i don't like salad, i wish i did. I know my lunches this week were not THAT healthy. According to MFP i need to be eating more fats, calories, ( only a small amount) and more carbs. the only "unhealthy" meal i eat is lunch. for breakfast and dinner i do good, but lunch is my weakness.. i think maybe that is the reason i got sick? because im working out and not eating enough good food? like i said im low on carbs, fats and barley calories. no rude answers, i am trying here but i need help! this is not an escuse but i did lose both my grandpartns in the last month. I work with my mom so it has been a really rough week ( my grandma passed last weekend) so im really stressed and now im sick, to make things worse my boyfriend got put onto 2nd shift so everything is just different.. i just know i need to be eating better now that my life is getting back to" normal" again and i got paid lol i should mention though that i am always hungry. no matter how much i eat or how healthy it is i will be hungry within1-2 hours, it has always been like that and now that im working out im even hungrier. so small meals are great but hard for me, i can't be eating all day at work.

    My emergency meal is one can aduki beans (rinsed) mixed with some salsa and nuke it! about 350kcal and 20g protein. Tastes quite good and is nice and cheap too.
