            Dancing non stop for 25 minutes than sitvuos tie riches running in place push ups for the arms for a total if 35 minutes three tines a week. I am a whimp I walk also. Am 70 but keepon going0

            Yes! It was a lot of hard work. I actually used 10 pound dumbbells instead of 5-8 pounds. I think that really helped. And you have to do all 30 days in a row!

            In the summer, at the cottage, Rowing... out on the lake. In a rowing scull. Fast and smooth, gliding across the water.
 Other times... on a rowing machine... not as much fun. Or ball hockey.0
